Sagacious Souls offers coaching, workshops, speaking, and event hosting services. All services are provided based on mutual agreement and scheduling.

2. Booking & Payment:

Bookings for coaching sessions, workshops, or speaking engagements are confirmed upon receipt of payment or signed agreement (if applicable).
Payment terms will be clearly communicated for each service.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the specific policies outlined at the time of booking.

3. Client Responsibilities:

Clients agree to provide accurate information and communicate openly for coaching and workshop success.
Coaching is a partnership; results depend on client engagement and effort. Sagacious Souls does not guarantee specific outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property:

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and materials, are the property of Sagacious Souls and protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Privacy:

Your privacy is important. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Limitation of Liability:

Sagacious Souls is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Coaching and advice are not substitutes for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

Return and Refund Policy

At Sagacious Souls, we strive to provide meaningful and transformative experiences through our coaching, workshops, and events. Please review our refund and cancellation policies below:

Coaching Services:

Payment for coaching sessions is typically due upfront or as agreed upon in your coaching contract.
Due to the personalized nature of coaching, we do not offer refunds once a session has been booked and payment received.
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting the session.
In exceptional circumstances, please contact us to discuss options.

Workshops and Group Events:

Workshop and event fees must be paid in full to reserve your spot.
Refund requests made at least 7 days before the event will be honored, minus a $25 processing fee.
Cancellations or refund requests made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another person with prior approval.
If Sagacious Souls cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.

Speaking Engagements and Hosting Services:

Deposits or fees for speaking engagements and event hosting are outlined in your agreement and are generally non-refundable once confirmed.
Changes or cancellations must be communicated promptly to discuss alternatives.

General:

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to indiana@sagacioussouls.com.
